Jessica Hess is a professionally licensed surveyor in Indiana. She holds an Associate of Science Degree in Surveying Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technology from Vincennes University. She has a varied background of surveying and mapping work experience, including 3 years with a private company doing boundary surveying, 6 years as a surveyor for a coal mine doing design, construction, and topographic surveying, and has been a full-time college professor of surveying since 2016. She is an active member of the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors, having previously served on its board of directors.
Jessica started Cornerstone Land Surveying with her family as a way for her to practice land surveying while still continuing to teach. She has a passion for assisting people through the use of her surveying knowledge and skills and for helping develop the next generation of land surveyors.
